Our Shipping Policy

  • When do you ship orders?"

    We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days

  • "How will I know when my order ships?"

    You will receive an email once items from your order are shipped. The email will contain a link to track your package and a list of items in the box.

  • "Do you ship internationally?"

    Absolutely! If you're checking out using an international shipping address, you'll automatically be presented with varying international shipping options during checkout.

  • "I did not receive my order. What do I do?"

    If you did not receive your order, you must contact us within 7 days of the original order date. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been turned over to the post office, but every effort will be made to track down your package.

  • We offer FREE Standard USPS First Class Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes).
  • We offer FREE USPS First Class International Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes).



Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service. 

If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.

  • Express Shipping: $9.99 (1-3 business days)

  Please allow 1-3 business days to receive tracking number.

  • International Shipments

    All orders are shipped from the U.S.

    You can select your preferred carrier at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of orders and the country it will ship to and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note duties and customs fees will not be added to your order. This is the receiver’s responsibility once it enters your intended country.

  • Any orders outside of the United States (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Celina's Boutique does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
  • Standard Shipping: $15.99 (6-12 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $20.99 (1-5 business days)


  • Order Processing, Cancellation & Changes

    All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

  • Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.
  • All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

    Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Celina's Boutique is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to the sender. Celina's Boutique has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. We will not cancel the order you must pay a $10 shipping fee to ship package again.
